Rules guidelines & parameters
Any individual can sign up, you don’t have to be part of a crew to join Road Works.
A crew is made up of 5 people or more.
Every member has a designated number, first come first serve.
Numbers can be reserved,contact us to reserve yours.
High in demand numbers may be on hold, contact us for more info.
A number can be challenged to be obtained, contact us for more info.
A number that’s on hold can be inquired about, but can not be challenged for that given year.
An individual with a specific number can be challenged up to 10 times a year and only twice a month, unless that number has been put on hold for that given year.
Challenges between individuals for a specific number will be handled by Road Works. Rock, paper and scissors will be the proposed challenge. Best of three wins the challenge. Numbers will be exchanged after challenge has concluded.
Hosted contests and competitions will either be team competitions(with your crew), or individual competitions(just you).
Each crew/team will earn points on different competitions if they prevail during a crew/team competition.
Each individual competitor will win points during individual competitions if they prevail.
Each individual Road Works member receives 5 points for each Road Works meet they attend that given year.
An individual’s points can only hold value after holding membership for a minimum of 5 consecutive months of the given year before the calculation month of December.
Points earned during team competitions as well as individual competitions will be tallied up at the end of the given year for each individual and crew.
Competitions will be held online as well as physically at designated locations.
Competitions outside of Road Works are allowed. Participating in different car shows and meets will merit points, even more so when you place 1st, 2nd or 3rd in those car meets and shows. The individual member would need to contact Road Works and inform them on the particular event that they will be participating in.
The winning crew with the most points will be crowned champion of the given year.
The motley crew holds five members. Only those who have collected the most points on an individual merit will have the opportunity to join the motley crew.
Motley crew members will be sworn in at the end of the given year.
